Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios

Sobre la posición:

Estamos buscando a una persona con características de liderazgo que pueda tomar el rol de Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios. Al liderar las operaciones comerciales tendrás la libertad de diseñar y gestionar los procesos de venta como también atender las oportunidades de negocios que se obtengan vía los diversos canales de venta de la compañía. Este rol incluye un bono anual de incentivo calculado sobre el volumen captado de ingresos que generen los cierres comerciales.

Responsabilidades:

  •     Atender cuentas de prospectos comerciales y asegurar el cierre comercial de dichas cuentas.
  •     Ayudar a implementar y supervisar las operaciones de la gerencia de marketing como canal interno de ventas.
  •     Obtener conocimiento sobre los micro-servicios PayCaddy para poder asesorar a clientes sobre cómo implementar dichos servicios en procesos pre y post venta.
  •     Generar las cotizaciones y entregar las propuestas de proyectos para los clientes.
  •     Manejar el ciclo de venta y supervisar la etapa de cada cuenta, como también generar estos reportes semanales a la gerencia general.

Que debes saber:

  •     Conocimiento de análisis financiero.
  •     Buena redacción de ortografía en español e inglés y poder dar seguimiento a clientes de manera profesional.
  •     Ser creativo y mostrar buena iniciativa en las labores profesionales.
  •     Conocimiento de sistemas de CRM (Customer Relationship Manager).
  •     Tener cualidades de liderazgo gestionando equipos y creando estrategias de comunicación.
  •     Licenciatura en banca y finanzas, negocios, economía, o carreras afines al puesto.
  •     Tener experiencia mínima de dos o tres (2-3) años en el área comercial de una empresa de consultoría, tecnología, e-commerce, banco, financiera, aseguradora o entidad similar.

Valor agregado si cuentas con conocimiento en:

  •     Modelos estadísticos, y experiencia con herramientas de business intelligence y ciencia de datos (Tableau, Power BI, Quick Sights, Cognos, JMP).
  •     Conocimiento sobre el diseño de estrategias de outbound e inbound marketing.

Analista de Negocios

Sobre la posición:

Estamos buscando a una persona con características de liderazgo y pasión por los datos que pueda tomar el rol de Analista de Negocios. Este rol conlleva poder analizar los datos generados por las operaciones comerciales, con el propósito de desarrollar valor continuo para la empresa y para nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  •     Obtener conocimiento sobre los micro-servicios PayCaddy y su modelo de negocios.
  •     Dar soporte e informes a la gerencia de desarrollo de negocios, al equipo técnico, y a la gerencia de marketing.
  •     Generar modelos estadísticos de alto nivel sobre los datos transaccionales de la plataforma, como también de las campañas de comunicación.
  •     Ser creativo y tener liderazgo propio para encontrar nuevos puntos de interés y valor en el análisis de datos.
  •     Mantener una comunicación activa y reporte sobre los modelos desarrollados con la gerencia general y la gerencia de tecnología.

Que debes saber:

  •     Conocimiento de análisis financiero y modelos estadísticos con herramientas de business intelligence y ciencia de datos (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Quick Sights, Cognos, Watson Studio, JMP). 
  •     Se requiere tener conocimiento en lenguajes Python y/o R.
  •     Ser creativo y mostrar buena iniciativa en las labores profesionales.
  •     Experiencia mínima de dos o tres (2-3) años en manejo de área de análisis dentro de una empresa de tecnología, consultoría, e-commerce, banco, financiera, o multinacional.
  •     Experiencia con modelos de alto nivel para encontrar eficiencias en modelos financieros y esquemas transaccionales de ventas en línea.
  •     Licenciatura en ingeniería industrial, ingeniería informática, banca y finanzas, negocios, economía, o carreras afines al puesto.

Valor agregado si cuentas con conocimiento en:

  •     Conocimiento sobre análisis de ventas en línea y campañas de mercadeo digital.
  •     Experiencia trabajando con equipos internos y externos (clientes) se considera un valor agregado.

Infrastructure and Cloud Administrator

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for administering the local and cloud infrastructure as well as the interconnection of Paycaddy’s services with clients and counterparts. In particular, the candidate will carry out the following tasks and functions:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and scale local servers and infrastructure
  • Creates and manages cloud compute, storage, and other cloud services
  • Ensures high availability and redundancy across availability zones and regions
  • Design Cloud Infrastructure Security (Firewalls, WAF, NSG etc.)
  • Maintain a backup of data and resources
  • Create and manage VPC infrastructure
  • Continuously monitor and recommend improvements for Cloud and local infrastructure
  • Manage Cloud costs and implements cost optimization mechanisms
  • Build infrastructure, cloud, and security policies
  • Support the interconnectivity with customers and partners
  • Maintains technical documentation updated
  • Other duties related to the job functions

What you should know:

  • University degree in Computer Science or other related engineering field
  • Technical training and/or certifications specifically related to the position (e.g. Azure Administrator, AWS Associate, CCNA, Security+, CEH)
  • 10+ years of progressive responsibility and experience the network and systems administration (LAN, WAN, Cisco-based routing and switching, and Windows and Linux based server environments)
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Cloud offerings including AWS and AZURE.
  • 2+ years of experience architecting and implementing IT security, compliance and risk management

Added value if you have knowledge in:

  • Understanding Vulnerability Threat Management methods is a distinct advantage
  • Familiarity with IT in the financial sector will be considered an advantage

Full Stack Developer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for administering the development of responsive applications.  In particular, the candidate will carry out the following tasks and functions:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop applications and interfaces in modern programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, Angular, etc)
  • Responsible for the design of backend, middle tier, and frontend applications
  • Propose and develop design, user interface and user experience
  • Design database solutions and environments
  • Provide day-to-day operations support (preventative and corrective) to database services
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response protocols
  • Support the deployment of applications in Cloud environments (AWS, AZURE, etc.)
  • Support the interconnections with customers and partners
  • Contribute ideas, software design, implementation, code reviews and deployments
  • Maintains technical documentation updated

What you should know:

  • University degree in Computer Science or other related engineering field
  • Technical training or certifications specifically related to the position (Java SE Programmer, Certified Python Programmer, MCSA SQL, etc.).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience and responsibility in software development 
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, AZURE, Docker)

Compliance Analyst

About the position:

The compliance analyst will be in charge of Implementing the procedures for the prevention and control of suspicious activities through the transactional monitoring of operations. Additionally, he or she will carry out the initial investigation of the information on the “Know Your Customer” forms, as well as keep the customer database updated through the periodic verification processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Review the content of the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) validations and perform the complementary information investigations of said process.
  • Make criteria notes on the customer profile in order to inform the Compliance Officer and Compliance Management about relevant customer information.
  • To follow up on the transaction operations and notify of operations of suspicious characteristics in order to be evaluated at the second level.
  • Periodically update the database on new customer information that may vary their risk profile.

What you should know:

  • Degree in Banking and Finance, Business, Economics, Forensic Audit, Law or related careers.
  • Minimum two or three (2-3) years of verifiable experience in investigative analysis and auditing in businesses related to the banking or financial sector.
  • Proven knowledge in the areas of risk analysis, information systems management and investigation-oriented auditing, including but not limited to: data analysis systems and predetermined analysis criteria.
  • Experience in the formulation and implementation of risk-based compliance policies with a primary focus on regulated practice in the banking sector, particularly in accordance with Act 23 on Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism and related regulations issued by the SBP, SMV, SSRS and related entities.
  • Ability to review and process analysis of patterns and trends associated with money laundering and other financial crimes in relation to payment transactions, civil and criminal summonses, sanctions or prohibitions.

Value added if you have knowledge of:

  • Ability to prepare reports on customer financial and transactional profiles, internal risk assessments, or provide judgement on information requests, when requested.
  • Recent participation in specialized or diploma courses on risk prevention, anti-money laundering policies or related.

Compliance Officer

About the position:

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring compliance with the processes for the prevention and control of suspicious activities in order to measure the effectiveness of such activities and prepare periodic reports to the Compliance Management and the Compliance and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

It will also be responsible for performing extended due diligence procedures as required. It shall receive suspicious transaction alerts in order to carry out the pertinent investigations and submit them to reports at its discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Review the procedures performed by the compliance analyst as well as those of other staff members in order to evaluate the correct application of the Compliance Manual
  • To review in order to validate or reject the notes that the compliance analysts include on customer profiles that may vary the risk exposure level of the company’s customers
  • Evaluate the operations reported as suspicious in order to determine the application of internal measures or prepare reports for the corresponding regulatory institutions
  • Perform extended due diligence procedures and apply self-certification examinations to customers with significant levels of risk
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Compliance Management and the Compliance and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors on the efficiency and effectiveness of internal policies such as making recommendations on processes

What you should know:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, finance or related careers.  Master’s, postgraduate or specialization studies in related areas will be valued
  • Minimum experience of two or three (2-3) years in the management of regulations and legal compliance policies in companies in the banking and financial sector
  • Experience in the design of policies, procedures and controls to prevent operations that may be related to money-laundering, territorial financing and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction from being carried out in the institution
  • Experience in carrying out due diligence investigation procedures as well as extended due diligence through technological systems for reporting purposes As well as experience in preparing and submitting reports to national or international regulatory authorities (FACTA/CRS)
  • Knowledge and understanding of local and international laws regarding the prevention of money laundering, know your customer, and other related risk areas
  • Ability to write and provide reports to the Compliance Management about suspicious operations subject to report, internal processes performance and efficiency in risk identification to mitigate or answer requirements when the information is required

Added value if you have knowledge in:

  • Specialization in Compliance, with ACAMS or FIBA /AML certification
  • Principal Executive License issued by the Superintendencia de Mercado de Valores
